Dr. Kaprin is a national leading researcher and healthcare specialist in diagnosis and treatment of cancer and urologic cancer. He leads the development of novel surgical and combined treatment of malignant neoplasms, including nuclear medicine. Dr. Kaprin promotes the development and introduction of Russian radiopharmaceutical agents into clinical practice. His main areas of research interest are surgical and combined treatment of kidney cancer, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, etc. The translational of research findings into routine clinical practice allowed improving perioperative and long-term outcomes of patients present with cancer or urological diseases, ensuring the adequate quality of life.
