Мукоцеле червеобразного отростка

Мукоцеле червеобразного отростка - это редкое патологическое состояние, которое характеризуется расширением просвета аппендикса, вызванным аномальным накоплением слизистого содержимого. Мукоцеле аппендикса по данным результатов различных источников встречается в среднем в 0,2-0,7% от всех аппендэктомий и в 8% от всех опухолей червеобразного отростка. Мукоцеле наиболее часто встречается у женщин, средний возраст 55 лет. Неспецифическая клиническая картина, возможное развитие серьезных осложнений (псевдомиксома брюшины и пр.), возможный злокачественный генез заболевания обусловливают необходимость точной предоперационной диагностики данного патологического состояния.
