Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

Author Guidelines

The data presented in the article should be original. It is allowed to send to the journal articles that have already been published in other journals or have been sent for publication in the other editorial board.

The original article which is sent to the editor should be accompanied by a letter from the organization where it is made, signed by the head of the organization.

All submitted articles are subjected to scientific review.

Editorial urges to provide textual material on a USB stick or CD-ROM. It is necessary to adhere to the following rules:

1) The text should be represented in Microsoft Word in a standard format;

2) the text at USB stick or CD-ROM should be the same attached to its printed variant;

3) the text does not include illustrations or human frame to indicate the placement of illustrations in the text;

4) file must be checked for viruses.

The publication of scientific papers manuscripts is free.

Articles prepared not in compliance with the rules will not be considered by the Editorial Board and will not be returned to authors.

Rules of scientific articles design

Scheme of the article

Title page:

• in Russian: the title of the article; initials and surnames of authors; affiliation of each author to the appropriate institute; full name of the institutions from which the work came (the name of the heads of these institutions is not necessary);

• English: the title of the article; initials and surnames of authors; affiliation of each author to the appropriate institute; full name of the institutions from which the work came (the name of the heads of these institutions are not necessary);

• contact information in Russian and English (including full name, address, postcode, telephone number, e-mail (all points are required).

The data for each author in Russian and English: full name of the author, academic degree, academic rank, position and place of work.

Abstract Article in Russian and English (no more than 300 words for original articles strictly according to the scheme: aim, research materials and methods, results, conclusions).

• a list of references (on a separate page), in the list of literature references it is not permitted to refer to unpublished works, references should be numbered strictly in order of appearance in the text;

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. For article submission authors must confirm the following points. The manuscript may be returned to the authors if it does not match the requirements.

2. This article has not been previously published and not submitted for review and publication in another journal (or given an explanation for this in the Notes to Editors).

3. File of the sent articles is presented in format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect.

4. The full Internet address (URL) for the links are presented where possible.

5. The text is typed, single-spaced; used font type size is 12 points; to highlight italics is used and not underlining (except Internet addresses); All illustrations, graphs and tables are at appropriate places in the text rather than at the end.

6. The text corresponds to the stylistic and bibliography requirements described in the Guidelines for Authors which is located at the page "About the Journal".

7. If you send an article in a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the document met the requirements Ensuring blind review.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:
