Современный взгляд на принципы диагностики и лечения рака прямой кишки по данным МРТ (обзор литературы)

Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются последние достижения лучевой диагностики при обследовании пациентов с предполагаемым и верифицированным раком прямой кишки на различных этапах лечебно-диагностического процесса. Показана высокая роль качественной визуализации в диагностике рака прямой кишки, подробно описываются возможности магнитно-резонансной томографии в первичной диагностике заболевания и при рестадировании опухоли после проведения неоадъювантного лечения, обсуждаются оптимальная методика проведения исследования и принципы интерпретации полученных данных в ежедневной практике.
