У всех пациентов микробиологическими методами диагностики был верифицирован возбудитель инфекции нижних дыхательных путей.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: было установлено, что при вирусной пневмонии в первые 48 часов от начала заболевания выявлялись такие характерные КТ-признаки, как утолщение междольковых перегородок и перибронхиального интерстиция, частично солидные и солидные очаги, наличие гидроперикарда (p &lt;0,01). После 48 часов достоверно чаще выявляются симптом «матового стекла», утолщение внутридольковых перегородок, симптом «булыжной мостовой» и наличие гидроперикарда (p &lt;0,001). При инвазивном микозе легких в первые 48 часов от начала заболевания выявлялись такие характерные КТ-признаки, симптом гало (p &lt;0,01) и преобладание изменений в верхних отделах легких (p &lt;0,05). После 48 часов достоверно чаще выявляются симптом гало (p &lt;0,01), хаотичное распределение очагов и очаги солидного типа (p &lt;0,05).</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы: с достаточной степенью достоверности на основе данных КТ можно исключить вирусный или грибковый генез инфекции нижних дыхательных путей, что несомненно является принципиальным основанием для изменения дальнейшей тактики лечения таких пациентов</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to determine CT features of pneumonia depending on the etiological agent in patients with LHPafter chemotherapy.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. 52 patients with LPD, who developed pneumonia, underwent chest CT. In all patients, the causative agent of lower respiratory tract infection was verified by microbiological diagnostic methods. </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In the first 48 hours from the onset of the viral pneumonia, thickening of the interlobular septa and of peribronchial interstitium, part-solid and solid nodules, and hydropericardium (p &lt; 0.01) were detected. After 48 hours, ground glass opacity, Intralobular septal thickening, “crazy-paving” pattern and hydropericardium were more often detected (p &lt; 0.001). In the first 48 hours from the onset of invasive pulmonary mycosis, a halo sign (p &lt; 0.01) and the prevalence of changes in the upper parts of the lungs (p &lt; 0.05) were detected. After 48 hours, halo sign (p &lt;0.01), a random distribution of nodules and solid nodules (p &lt; 0.05) were detected.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
