Материал и методы. Проанализированы результаты обследования и лечения 75 больных с переломами вертлужной впадины в возрасте от 27 до 49 лет с помощью методов рентгенографии и МСКТ для объективизации полученных результатов хирургического лечения. Результаты. Детально описаны и продемонстрированы основные 5 типов переломов костей таза с вовлечением вертлужной впадины согласно наиболее часто используемой в настоящее время анатомической классификации переломов по Judet-Letournel. Представлены возможности рентгенографии и МСКТ у больных с повреждениями костей таза до и после реконструктивных операций с оценкой восстановления целостности костей таза. Выводы. МСКТ и рентгенография являются высокоинформативными методами диагностики травмы вертлужной впадины и позволяют точно определять тип перелома вертлужной впадины, определяя выбор лечебной тактики, а также позволяя проводить оценку результатов проведенного лечения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective. To determine the value of the integrated use of conventional radiography and computed tomography (MSCT) in the diagnosis and assessment of treatment outcomes in patients with fractures of the acetabulum. Materials and methods. The results of examination and treatment of 75 patients with fractures of the acetabulum aged 27 to 49 years using the methods of X-ray and MSCT for the objectification of the results of surgical treatment. Results. The five main types of pelvic fractures involving the acetabulum according to the most frequently used at present anatomical fractures classification of Judet- Letournel are described in detail and demonstrated. Presents the possibility of X-ray and MSCT in patients with injuries of the pelvis before and after reconstructive surgery to restore the integrity of the assessment of the pelvis. Conclusion.
