Существуют особенности оптимизации протоколов МДКТ с внутривенным болюсным контрастированием, которые преследуют цель получения наилучшего артериального или паренхиматозного контрастирования при введении наименьшего (насколько это возможно для решения поставленной задачи) объема контрастного вещества, так как большинство побочных реакций на контрастный препарат зависит от общей дозы введенного йода.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The success and the diagnostic value of multidetector CT angiography (MDCT angiography) are directly dependent on the correct execution of scanning techniques.
