Поиск новых методов оценки периферических нервов является актуальной задачей. Ультразвуковая эластография сдвиговой волной открывает дополнительные возможности оценки изменений периферических нервов у детей с сахарным диабетом 1 типа.</p><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования: оценка параметров ультразвуковой эластографии периферических нервов у детей и подростков с сахарным диабетом 1 типа.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В исследование были включены данные 213 детей в возрасте 7–18 лет. Из них 159 детей с установленным диагнозом сахарный диабет 1 типа разной длительности и контрольная группа – 54 ребенка.</p><p>Ультразвуковое исследование периферических нервов нижних конечностей всем пациентам было выполнено с использованием В-режима, режима эластографии сдвиговой волной.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Полученные в ходе исследования данные свидетельствуют о возможном использовании ультразвуковой эластографии для динамического наблюдения состояния периферических нервов у пациентов с сахарным диабетом 1 типа в детском и подростковом возрасте. Периферические нервы у данной категории пациентов характеризуются более высокими значениями параметров жесткости при ультразвуковой эластографии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Diabetic polyneuropathy (DPN) is a complication of diabetes mellitus (DM) that requires special attention in childhood. The search for new methods for assessing peripheral nerves is an urgent task. Shear wave ultrasound elastography offers additional opportunities for assessing peripheral nerve changes in children with type 1 diabetes.</p><p>The purpose of the study is to evaluate the parameters of ultrasound elastography of peripheral nerves in children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes mellitus.</p><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study included data from 213 children aged 7-18 years. Of these, 159 children were diagnosed with type 1 diabetes mellitus of varying duration and the control group included 54 children.</p><p>Ultrasound examination of the peripheral nerves of the lower extremities was performed in all patients using B-mode, shear wave elastography mode.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The data obtained during the study indicate the possible use of ultrasound elastography for dynamic monitoring of the condition of peripheral nerves in patients with type 1 diabetes in childhood and adolescence.
